Good to hear from you.

Not sure if the SEC will render anything serious near term.
However, an SEC guy did call me today (as I had contacted them earlier this fall) to fill me in on their involvement. They track the ILDF website and find it very interesting.

I'm sure the other side wishes we would all just go away. They believe we are just sore losers. "Let's all just move on", etc.

The feds move slowly. Hence, I'll just hang around. Nice to know I'm not alone.
