Dennis,

Do you understand how this loophole works? Does Creaf just have to pay a premium to an MM to get them to accept a block trade which the MM would then split for resale? Isn't that just business as usual, or is the restriction tighter than that?

Looking at the action today, Creaf could have picked up a lot more shares than they did, still at a bargain price. My guess is that they have not yet hit 2 million repurchased and time is running out. They must be worried about hitting some constraint (apart from the 10% total limit)?
