Hi Berney ..

Well .. pulled the plug today. Target exit = 100% cash Thursday close.

If this plays out like Mr Plonk and Sew expect then forth quarter earnings for retailers will be a surprise low.

In other words .. as the markets move lower, the less likely that the American consumer will be doing record spending .. they won't feel as wealthy.

Plonk and co. figure one last spike up ~9650 (DJIA) to hit Thursday or Friday.

Bobby beara has dell support now ~ sept- oct lows.
