All I can tell you is that I was a holder of a company called Noble Financial a shell bought by WSAS for a 40-1 reverse. Then a few weeks ago it did a forward split of 3 for 1. It has now approx 8M shares outstanding and trading at $4.50. There has been some news releases in the past few weeks under the title of WSAS. Other than that I am in the dark but pleased that my worthless stock now has some value.
