Judith,

No problem...with all the confusion, I would certainly want
questions answered too.

>>Sorry to belabor the point, but did Joel say it wasn't
true that there would be a release Tuesday, or did he say
it wasn't true that they had a deal with AMZN?

Joel said it was not true there would be a release Tuesday.
When pressed about the AMZN rumor, he stated they do not
"currently" do any business with AMZN. He would not state
absolutely that the P/R coming out next week would exclude
a deal with AMZN or any other Internet company. For all I know,
there was a delay in getting the P/R together for tomorrow,
and when it hits next week, it "might" state they "now" have
a business relationship with AMZN. That would make the person
who posted the AMZN rumor on Yahoo not a liar (as I called him),
but incorrect as to the timing of the P/R.

Joel did in fact say the focus of the business is processing
through their EchoLink system, Internet to Internet commerce
for many well known companies and are growing the business
rapidly.

Though that doesn't answer the second part of your question,
it is the best I have. The people I spoke with, Shelly in
Marketing and Joel sounded very astute, and went overboard,
IMO, to answer the questions they felt they legally could.

Lastly, the best DD you can do for yourself is call with
questions you may have. Pull up the latest earnings for
review,(as I did), look at what the best TA's on Silicon
are doing; Doug R. bought the stock. So did Mark, Rashid,
myself, and many others. There are no guarentees, but if
you look at this company (profitable), literally the backbone
of e-commerce on the internet (not the only one).

Look at the current price, weigh the downside, then the upside
potential. For me, it's a no-brainer holding the stock at this point.

Regards,
Skane
