There is good chance you are right and that if even if new margin rules for internet stocks are going into effect (whether imposed by brokerage houses or the FEDS), it may not hurt EGGS much and may, especially relative to other internet stocks, enhance it, given that a recent report cited institutional ownership at a remarkable 57%.
My guess is institutional ownership has gone to a higher per cent in the action over recent days (especially, as you imply, today).
