Kerry: Speaking of annual Christmas bonuses ... After several heated discussions with the financial guys over in accounting, I decided to just ignore their whining about uncontrolled expenses. I want to take care of the most important asset we have ... our people. As such, I have now authorized a Christmas bonus for each and every one of you equal to at least DOUBLE what you got last year. That's right .... DOUBLE! As a minimum! You already know that the Christmas bonus is calculated using a hyporithmic reticulation matrix that is based loosely on your salary, with a ratchet effect triggered by the ratings on your annual performance reviews. For some of the newer employees, the ratchet amount is equal to 3 or 4 times their annual salary. FBN Associates is well known for spending unbelievable amounts on our employees.
