Donald Yes when a company consist of so many parts it is somewhat hard to find an acquirer. But I do think the CEO was trying to find out if someone else would make a bid and he is finding that there are no takers. My guess is he might take the company private at $15.00 but I do not think he will pay more. So if the committee comes up with a higher figure then he simply drops out. At this point I would hope the company goes for $15.00. Yes you are in fairly good shape based on the prices you paid for it. If we do not hear something on this soon then I think this stock may pull back some.
