hmmm.... stock may have to wait for reality in earnings er losses to return to earth Monday November 30, 7:34 pm Eastern Time Hearing delayed in suit against Amazon.com SEATTLE, Nov 30 (Reuters) - An initial hearing in a suit filed by Wal-Mart Stores Inc (NYSE:WMT - news) against Amazon.com Inc and others has been rescheduled for Dec. 21, a spokeswoman for the retail chain said Monday. Wal-Mart attorneys will ask a judge to issue a temporary restraining order against the Seattle-based online retailer at the hearing in Chancery Court of Benton County, Ark., which previously had been scheduled for this week. Wal-Mart has accused Amazon.com, Drugstore.com, another Seattle-area online retailer, and venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers of ''wholesale raiding'' of its employees to learn proprietary secrets about the retailing giant's vaunted information systems. Amazon has denied any interest in Wal-Mart trade secrets.
