* Someone else mentioned this already, but I wanted to second the point: Playstation sales should be the focus, as they will be much higher than PC sales. (I think someone here or on the THQI thread posted that 200K constitutes a mega-hit on the PC, whereas 1M is the benchmark for consoles.)

Unsure about this. Eidos makes 70% of their revenue from PCs, only 30% consoles (and the PC share for Eidos is increasing).
