R, According to you "This thread is for people to post info, not to beat up on each other."

Your post had no information whatsoever but was insulting to Shawn.

Apparently someone here thought it possible to create a propaganda thread with nothing but cheerleaders. Threads are where people go to get information, ask questions and offer opinions. Most of them are, this one isn't. If you like ADVR you are credible, if you don't you aren't, that is the mentality of Joe and his groupies.

When the issue of Rubin was raised, Joe hurridley decided to form a private discussion group. If you want a place for people who simply need one another to reinforce your own doubts, then set it up again.
You aren't going to eliminate questions here.

Please don't hand out that crap about people who have email addresses being credible and people without them are liars. It won't wash. There are liars with addresses and honest people without them. What does an e mail address prove? Nothing! Attacking the people who ask questions is a reflection of the insecurity of the attacker. The credibilty problem we face is from the company itself. There are many questionable issues at stake here.

Calling a public company and getting the standard "no comment" to every question asked, raises serious problems about what is going on there. The press releases are vague, evasive and unverifiable. The outrageous contract given to Dr. Hirschman, and the building of a secret faciltity raise valild questions as do the "studies" themselves.

An investor should be able to find answers, but they can't so what do you expect? You expect people to cheerfully buy stock (hand over their money to all the registered "consultants" and insiders cashing in their stock) and then slink off in to the night when the stock suddenly plummets, thinking they were stupid? Thatis what you want but it isn't always what you get. Put that in your pipe and smoke it R.

I suspect that people have made millions already on their stock, but they sure weren't the average guy off the street. More than likely, they were the insiders who were able to unload their stock at premium prices. Who do you think cashed in on those few days the stock went up? Insiders? Market makers? I don't know but I suspect it was people who started threads like this to prime the pump. Pump and dump is a well known scheme. People who had been primed by threads like this paid inflated prices for their stock. You think they don't have a right to question?

Re-think that if you will.
