In my view, the current best internet plays are NAVR and ELBO. Both went up today
as most other internet stocks crashed. NAVR has announced that it will send its
NetRadio to IPO within the end of year. Currently NetRadio has a zero value on
NAVR's balance sheet. Obviously after NetRadio went public, it will dramatically lift
NAVR's valuation. At $15, I think NAVR could easily triple its price by year end.
ELBO has even better story. Not only its internet site has generated tremendous
growth rate in terms of Web sales revenue, its traditional store chain has done equally
well, especially during this holiday season. Two analysts cover ELBO, both give it
STRONG BUY rating. Just look at its Q4 estimate you can know how well it will do
this qtr. in Q3 ELBO made 8c profit per share, that's 2c better than analysts' estimate.
In Q4, ELBO is expected to earn 78c!!! That's about 10 times of what it earned in
Q3. You can tell why at $18 ELBO is the best internet play! In fact, it shot up to as
high as $25 during the noon time today when every other internet stock was in deep
downturn. I think ELBO will easily go back to that price tomorrow if the general
market recovers, even higher!

Good luck!
