Dear Hiram, Gotta tell you, this is what has kept me from going with an online broker. I have a pennies/share agreement with a full-service guy I've been with for 10 years. Every now and then I get angry about the difference in commissions. Then there are days like today when the threads are buzzing with stories about how horrible the online brokerage responses were and I stay put. My guy not only gets quick executions -- often while I am on the phone placing orders I am told the transaction is complete -- he also works trades for me. If say, I want to sell 10,000 of something, he watches the screen and feeds in the order 2000 at a time so I don't show my hand all at once to the MM. I guess I'll send him a bigger holiday basket than usual this year LOL. Best, Ariella
