OK, I see where you come up with the faith of belief.

If you wanted someone to believe something that you wrote (if you knew there was no way someone could prove it), then what techniques would you use? Keep in mind that you know your audience and what guides them.

You would play to their beliefs, wouldn't you? You would try to find the one emotion that is inherent in them and drag it out into the open by stating that "God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." You might even state that you were inspired by the Holy Ghost yourself.

You're working in the reverse that I am. You're looking at this book written by humans, taking what they say for face value because they said they were moved by something that you already believed in. Why is it that today, the Holy Spirit does not move men to write?
