My position on Digitcom Corporation is still a long position. From my own research into the companies activities, I have been unable to uncover anything that has radically changed within the company. Other than the stockprice and the rollout timeframe. Digitcom does exist in the cities they have mentioned in their press releases. I understand that they are in the process of positioning themselves to becoming a active company worldwide. I understand that this is a huge complicated undertaking which Jimmy Chin has started. The government officials he deals with are also aware of the complexity of this undertaking, and want to ensure that the deal they made is right for the people they represent. In international circles the MOU's are the major building block towards attaining a contract. Negotiation's with governments and banks take time. I have had my moments of unease, but by doing my own dd I had managed to contain my emotions and hold on. moosie btw, jane is a trader not a investor, that's why you got the "depends" answer.
