Gopher, this block business does confuse me some too and I was going to ask Lisa if she could explain it better (assuming she knows herself). But I couldn't get in touch with her today.

I agree with you guys, today was very frustrating to say the least. I think there are plenty of blocks available every day. They said one of their goals in the buy back was to reduce the volatility, yet they once again get slammed far worse than the average Nasdaq stock. And volume is just nowhere near what I think it should be. It seemed like they decided not to buy at 10 am when the market was expecting them to step in, and so the stock tanked. However, I do think is was them that was defending the 17 1/2 dollar level.

But it does seem like they are just piddling around and I also believe they probably haven't even done 2 million yet. I don't see much evidence they are buying in Singapore either, and they have to do so to even have a chance of getting close to 10%. Maybe it's just a case of them having no experience at this and not knowing how to do it. Who knows? But it is starting to piss me off again. It seems like shareholders and share value is always at the bottom of their priorities.
