There's is a big difference between software integration and software bundling. And the end user doesn't have the slightest clue as to the difference. Both provide an icon to double click on. They don't know or care what dll is being executed.

He meant to say users want software bundled together. Duh. They really don't want it integrated since it probably causes it to crash more. But its so modular, too! As Dan says, "it's so modular it's integrated".
