Technical analysis alone made it plainly clear that ALYA was in trouble as soon as it broke below .80 back in September. Where it will go from here is anyone's guess but how it got here is pretty evident:

Just a bit of rough technical analysis SteveHC. ALYA is definitely at risk of falling further. There is no firm base at this level at all. Once the stock broke through the 80 cent range it was in trouble from a technical stand point. Print out the chart I provided in the previous post to Jane and draw a line through all the lower points to estimate how far it could fall. You will see that I am right that ALYA could be trading below .50 soon despite the fact that the company is making great progress.

What could change that? Strong buying pressure as soon as possible.

Unfortunately the buying pressure has yet to appear.

Where does ALYA go from here? I would like your analysis if you would care to share it. It seems that we made the right call on this one but it did cost me plenty of money before I got out. I would also like to see those audited statements before I would consider buying in again.

There are plenty of good stocks to trade as KLAW has pointed out. Many of these are fully listed, fully reporting companies. I have learned the hard way that you can lose money on any stock whether it is listed or not but it's lots harder to hide bad news for a fully reporting.

I sincerely hope ALYA is not hiding anything. I hope for all my friends who are still invested here that ALYA does turn around soon. I recommended this stock to many and it's certainly a black eye for me now. In fact since I started recommending this stock at the $1 level no one who first heard my excitement about the possibilities here has had a chance to make money yet.

I am sorry. At least I shared my concerns about the price on a technical analysis basis.

Regards, Jeff
