Richard, a question I didn't want to ask, and a question best not asked.

From your long very well written post.

(1)
<<< New companies also provide stimulus for this behavior to work
because of their mistakes and missteps which occur in all companies.>>>

Question: The mistakes and missteps recently made on the GPGI thread,
were these taken notice of by Maxam ? Seems possible that if these
mistakes were not made by GPGI, the share prices of .50 at the time of
expecting good news would now be 1.50 - 3.00 rather than .25. With all
those interested in not seeing a success to the desert dirts, the thing
most needed at present is eyes wide open and control and don't let any
simple silly mistakes happen at the Maxam site. I think Dale Runyon
is active at the site. Yes ?

(2)
<<< naked shorting ... the evil greed of Market Makers and offshore deep pockets
... Their financial resources are large and the “death” of a
targeted company is the objective.
Success by the desert dirts would significantly change mining,
the naked shorters may even be secretly funded by conventional mining
for all we know. Some posts on the desert dirt threads suggest that involvement.
If someone told me that Barrick was involved in the shorting effort,
I wouldn't be surprised. Berrick is the reason that the price of gold
can't get off it dead ass, but that's another story. >>>

Question: If this was present to try and stop the desert dirts, then
would it help to bring this out into the light ? Maby if this kind
of stuff has and is happening, and maby it legal, but "not nice", then
they will try to pull it off only if its keep low key and hdden. Maby
they are worried that if they were successful and the public found out
how legally this dirt mining stuff was crushed, then Congress would look
into it and not only change the laws, but the courts would be sympathic
to the plaintiff in lawsuits and rule in their favor.

And as for the:

If the deep pockets thought that there were riches in the desert dirt,
then why crush current efforts when they can buy it out thru things like
hostile takeovers.

My reply, as guesses, are:

1. Poison Pill passed by shareholders.
2. The shareholders would want a just and fair price, and the amount
wanted would be the riches expected, not .50 or 2.00 or 5.00, but that
dreams of riches number like 55.00 or 250.00. And if the hostile takeover
was successful at like 2.00, and 2 years later a stock price was
calculated thru revenues of precious metals to be 200.00, then fight
fight fight for justice. Once the precious metals are extracted for
the first time at a profit, big money will flow in, and sizing up will
be occure very fast by plant managers and bulldozer drivers. Tim can
work 2 jobs at the site. With enough dirt to fill a billion trucks,
then each month the capacity of the mine to extract will increase by
100%. A thousand construction workers, like a swarm of ants building,
or alots of bumble bees making honey. Honey is color gold. Wonder if
any is color blue (for Chuca).
