I want to know why "bgix" can not do an "IPO" of its subsidiary "THE HEALTH CHANNEL" like what NAVARRE CORP."NAVR" is doing for its subsidiary "NETRADIO". In addition the"PROFORMA FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE" BEST CASE SCENARIO that "bgix" put out shows a share price of 10.00/98,15.00/99,20.00/2000-WHAT is going on here? I do not want a $1.50 a share. We as shareholders expect to be treated fairly and I for one want answers. IN CLOSING I WANT THE COMPANY TO LIVE UP TO ITS PLEDGE AS "BEST PRACTICES IN INVESTOR RELATIONS" IT TOOK ON 11/2/1998.
