I am in agreement with all your points, and I believe you have really answered your own questions. The internet, if used properly, (as we SI members know), is a highly effective means of communication with the investment community.

I believe DCHT will gain increased visibility from this move, and shows they are on the right track, in my opinion.

This is still a relatively small company, and it is obviously trying to maximize its resources, while increasing its visibility; a good strategy I would say.
