DepoCyt approval may occur very soon. Ligand announced yesterday that they received an approvable letter from the FDA. They were reviewed by ODAC on the same day that DEPO's DepoCyt was reviewed. The FDA is already very familiar with DepoCyt and has reviewed all of the safety and manufacturing data previously. So, it would seem reasonable to expect an approvable letter for DepoCyt to be issued very soon.
