Joe, I have researched almost all of the issues that s. martin has brought forth, and I have not found ONE person that disputes any of his charges. As far as the Co. is conserned their position was evasive and would not even comment on some of the issues I asked them. I have tried to find information on my own about the "shorts" the Fishback brothers had on ADVR and how it tied into the relationship they had at the same time with Baron's (kinda fishy' no pun intended) If you don't know who the Fishbacks are... ask your broker if he or she knows anything about "shorting" stock they will know that name instantly. lots and lots of unanswered questions that s. martins post only covers some of them.
