For what its worth... I use Fidelity for my backup system for trading....and I feel they are very good, quick, and timely with trades and confirmations. The times I have had to speak with a rep were pleasant too. Fidelity charges a bit more...but well worth it compared to my experiences with Ameritrade before. You get what you pay for, I guess.
