Define "leading technology". Define "the business they are in". It is true that they have had high revenue and earnings growth. It is further true that they have a decent product that works well at the low and medium size installations. It is not clear that they are a clear market leader in a market segment, unless you very narrowly define the segment e.g. as "Internal Help Desks with fewer than 20 concurrent agents". Even so, companies such as Vycor/MacAffee may take issue with that.
