Datek SUCKS at the open. Haven't said much, because I haven't tried to trade the open much. Today I did. Waste of effort - don't even bother! Placed a sell order - no response from server. Place the order again, "you don't have enough to short...". First order "took", server just never responded. Limit was too high by now, cancelled the order. Sat there on "cancelling". A few minutes later tried to see portfolio, server down, "Application Servers Unavailable". And, now? Not even that - just "no response from server" message from my browser. Lovely. Silly fast? Just plain silly, that anybody would stay with them. P.S. What ever happened to my sell order that I cancelled? Some of it was sold, and some of it was cancelled, both logged at exactly the same time!
