Pig snout? I see that you, too, keep some peculiar things in your larder.

Your mistake, obviously, lay in giving it to Sami:

Pig Snout, Feet, Ears, and Beans

Wash black beans and allow them to stand in cold water. Cook them until soft. Slowly fry some seasoned pigs' snouts, feet, and ears and Portuguese sausages until nicely browned. Drain the fat. Add the meat to the beans, bring to a boil, and simmer for an hour. Correct the seasoning, skim off any fat, and serve.
