Organogenesis Inc. (ORG): The biomedical company will
replace Dekalb Genetics Corp. class 'B' shares (DKB) in the
Standard & Poor's SmallCap 600 Index after the close of trading
today. Dekalb is being acquired by Monsanto Co. (MTC), which is a
member of the Standard & Poor's 500 Index. Organogenesis fell
1 1/2 to 13 9/16. Dekalb rose 4 3/8 to 99 3/4.
