Ho hum, another morning and no filing. It is amazing how long these companies can say they are becoming fully reporting and then never quite do it. And they have no shame about their press release that they issued Oct 30th saying they would be filing with the SEC in a few days? EDII is now at a month and a day away from that release. (Funny they had no problem releasing the favorable highlights, even though they were apparently unaudited, that is if their excuses are to be believed.) Can EDII make it over the hump? I wonder if Danny Dror ever took any Ethics courses? Or did he just major in Excuses, as it seems?
