UPDATE: It's been several days since I figured the +15% number- It's now at 2061, instead of 2050.

I don't think 2028 was close enough. A correction from a peak has never begun below +15% in the past. Above, yes, but not below. Of course "Past performance is no indication of future results, blah, blah."
