I don't have an answer for that other than to tell you that Mrgernstern is a real cash conservator. If anything he has been criticized for not willing to put cash into new ventures. Fot example DSSI probably could borrow against its Tower stock but has not done so . Remember the $4 is in stock not cash. Good luck. I hope either way it works for you.
