Good insight on ECHO. Looking at the profile, they are located in Southern California,
the home of Verifone which has been absorbed by HP through 1:1 stock swap. Are the
key personnel alumnis of Verifone? If yes, I would be very excited: Verifone is
ubiquitous, experience, and the market share. It also entered the net through VeriSign
(from recollection only). ECHO is innovating to compete with Verifone in the small
business market: no equipment to buy/lease.

I am loading ECHO after I also saw that the CEO exercise optiona at 93c while the
stock was selling at $ 1.
If I find that key personnel used to be with VeriFone, I am backing up the truck.
