Mohan, looks like the general economy is still pretty healthy but the manufacturing sector (about 15% of total GDP) is still suffering unfortunately. Can't get into Briefing.com eco reports anymore but had bookmarks to most sources anyway. Only one I couldn't get was construction spending and the rotten DOC wants $2 for the report. I thought that's why we paid our taxes so that they would provide data for us! LOL! On demand too. The other government sites do not charge for monthly/daily eco reports. CNBC reporting it now - up 0.3% for construction spending = 5th straight monthly increase.
