JEB -- just reporting what they said yesterday on CNBC. If in fact it is a regulation (or proposed regulation), it would not be implemented yet. If the "rule" will be a discretionary policy to be implemented by the discount brokers, then I doubt it will ever get implemented since it will cut into their premiums. JMO Prosperous Trading! jb
