Apparently you feel that the shareholder offer is a slap in the face to shareholders and you may be right in feeling that way. However, I would like to point out that a similar computer by Dell (http://commerce.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.asp?order_code=R400SH&customer_id=19) including the extras would run you $2070 ($59 less) but Dell's package doesn't include MS Office Business Edition, which Dell is now charging $479 to include.

Would you please post was you feel would have been a reasonable shareholder offer? I think the idea behind marketing to shareholders a good one, although maybe they should have offered something more substantial.
