Yep.. Every sale of APII is being taken out for someone. I figure there is now maybe a 350k float. In simple terms, they will be able to really run it, if they so choose, and I see no reason to think otherwise.
You just go to a MM and give 'em an extra .10 a share, and they will sit on it for as long and as many shares as you want.
This is why NAZ stocks fly, and the listed stuff doesn't.
