I don't think the company is running scared. David Tsang and his takeover co-investors know that they have good products, valuable assets --especially IP -- and competitive new products in the pipeline. Otherwise, Tsang and Co. would never make this offer. IMHO this is a baldfaced maneuver to buy cheap, show a "turnaround", go public again, and then make another insiders' killing by selling at the top. I encourage all stockholders that have concerns along these lines to contact the Special Committee and flood them with complaints. Does anyone have phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc. for the Special Committee or its members? This is important! PS: I take it nobody has any information on the earlier lawsuit?
