Since there is a lack of overall information the market makers are holding the stock in it's current trading range. They have to set prices that represent the underlying value of the company. They determine this through public and private information that is released to them.

I have to respectfully disagree with your assessment here, Gordon. MM's don't control things based on their perceived interpretation of external information. They buy, they sell, they go home. They could care less what John Schmitz is representing about what the company is going to do.

After all they were going to file financials back in August. They had a sweetheart deal with the Belizean Government to process Government backed mortgages. They were going to build hundreds of homes in Belize.

They were going to film their commercial for IT back in August as well. So tell me how can they rely on information that only seems to come from the company itself, but is unsupported by events?

No, I fear the real reason is supply and demand. Not enough demand for the supply of shares out there. Maybe you think the float is 10-20 million, but I sure don't. It seems to me some one is selling shares right along here. I think they have been doing it for quite a while too.
