The hudson river never smells good. It just looks good occasionally but is fundamentally a disaster. Personally, I dont think that the Nadsaq circuit can keep up with the volume. Its either their servers or their circuits or soemthing, but for ACT, (not even a trade, but trade confirmation) system to be 20, 30 minutes behind....wild... Regards, Steve@yamner.com
