THATS THE KEY-AT SOME POINT IN THE future you will have a rally on the meter reading industry like we are having now regarding the internet stocks. the story behind the derugulation in the utility business is as compelling and large as the internet business-not everyone uses computers but just about everybody has electricity. the key with dssi is tsemf can be divested next year tax free . i believe tsemf hits 20 next year as the semi business is coming back that will give you almost 9 dollers alone for dssi. but, the meter reading business is kicker-but at 3 dollers the company is a bargain and the people selling will look like a fool in the future. all i hear is great news about the meter reading business unfortunately utilities move slow so the market does not care. when the orders come this baby will hit 20 fast.
