I don't think the 60 million new RESTRICTED shares caused the price drop. It must be tax loss selling. Everyone paid 10-cents, 20-cents or 30-cents in the company's offering last year so anyone selling is taking a HUGE loss!!! The number of shares in the public float is still about 8.5 million. Someone has lost a lot of money by selling at these low prices. Hopefully the new management will start promoting this stock.
