Jim,

I have seen companies go into CH 11, BFCI, and come out MUCH stronger. I have also see another bagel company go CH 11 and the shareholders got nothing. Then there is Payless Cashways (Knox lumber, etc.), the shareholders got some leavings. It is hard to know until we get more data. I am, as I said previously, still long. I don't plan to sell those currently, for some time to come.
