are working cooperatively to provide a seamlessly integrated process
to take organizations' Year 2000 projects reliably from initial
assessment of their software applications to the final phases of
code conversion, testing and acceptance.
The two companies are in preliminary discussions to develop
specifications that integrate Viasoft's analysis of organizations'
application portfolios into MatriDigm's software change
capabilities.
