On the contrary, another "side" maintains the whole web page igc.apc.org about how "nice" is the environment at your workplace. Maybe in few years we will see your disgruntled article on that web, get ready... I find it very hard to equal these two sources and conclude that the "reality is probably somewhere in the middle", even accounting for the different sizes of the two companies.
