Thanks, Paul. Sounds like you've got it right.

Regarding the timing, note that according to last week's SEC filing, one of the the issues that will be put to the stockholders on the Jan. 7 meeting relates to the Castle Creek conversion date. If I remember what I skimmed last week, approving the motion in question would allow CC to convert starting on the date of the meeting rather than waiting until Jan. 27, which seemed significant (since it also precludes the floating conversion rate taking effect for shares priced before Jan. 27). Did you see that part? (Note also there was a caveat warning the shareholders that not allowing this conversion could lead to disadvantageous consequences for the shareholders, namely the floating conversion.)
