G, I can relate to your problem. Mine is with BofM Investorline. They have bought funds when I placed an order to sell. They then sold all of 1 fund and didn't tell me. Even the monthly statement said I held the funds. Then they wanted me to accept the loss between the 2 sales. I had to go to the top. Numbers to call; Diane Cullen Sales & Marketing 594-5724 She was of little help - passed me off - - Dan Robillard V.P. 594-5959 He got me action the next day while everyone else said it would take 3 weeks. Sorry for the OT, but hope it helps somebody.
