$1.10 low ball..Consensus is $1.11 biz.yahoo.com with a wide range that would cause one to discount the consensus for risk. I hope it comes in way higher, but analysts estimates tend to be high, though with CD they may have been more conservative. Valuation: S & P earnings are projected to grow about 20% to 52. At current levels that's 22.5 PE on next years. If same PE is applied to CD we're looking at about $25...near Goldman's $24. If they package and sell the internet biz there's no hit to earnings cause it's not making anything, but they'll get a big chunk of cash for it if done right. I think CD's $1.10 is more certain than S & P's $52 and I think CD's forward growth prospects are better than overall S & P, but it may take awhile for market to raise relative PE on CD.
