humor me as I'm bored.....

IF by chance.....

The auditors may have returned a qualified audit, which simply means that there were some pieces of the audit that they (BDOS) either couldn't or wouldn't sign off on. This is not uncommon, even for very large companies. The company might have responded by trying to clear whatever points were qualified, again not uncommon. #reply-6589830

any guesses on the length of time this could take????.... I know, I know... more than a month... and yes... if this was/is the case, then the company was less than forthright in their last PR declaring it's release was imminent... but we're all beyond that, right????.... and yes, I understand if this was a "simple" error, that it would have been cleared up by now... but any guesses.... and intentional manipulations by the company don't count. Does every piece of paper work have to be supplied? Not to be confused with supporting evidence, mind you.

And as jmt has suggested, BDO has been on the staff for months, wouldn't they have thoroughly gone over the books prior to each of these acquisitions? I assume this is not as through but would show any red flags if there should be one....

just wondering........and twittling my thumbs
