Everytime a wave of selling hits it is bought up. The stock has already seen 15 1/2 today as the price surged. It appears to have a base at 13 1/2 on which to build. If the general market stays up it should surge the last 10 minutes of the day as market makers position themselves for tomorrow and a gap up.
