Sure go ahead and call. It seems that they may be quite helpful. Of course they thought EDII would be filing back in October though. I also spent about 1 hour with the senior partner of BDO Seidman who is responsible for auditing EDII's books. #reply-5441645 I also obtained the telephone number of Mr. Ward Rivenburg, the senior partner of the BDO Seidman accounting firm, which are the auditors for EDII and its subsidiaries. #reply-5996477 Mr. Rivenburg is reachable at 713-659-6551. Mr. Rivenburg spoke well of EDII, and confirmed that the company will become reporting by the end of October, with audited financial statements ending September 30, 1998 released.#reply-5996526
